Transferred a smart trainer from their Bangor store for me. I dealt with Matt who was incredibly helpful and friendly.
The shop is in a great location on the promenade, with a cafe next door and a outdoor playground near by to keep any little ones distracted / entertained whilst important decisions are considered!
Used the Porth Eirias outlet and they had a bike shipped over from Bangor for my sons birthday. Great team. Great service. Big thanks to the blonde lady at Porth eirias. Really made it special for sons birthday. Great selection of bikes and will be getting all our bikes in future from them 👌🔥👌

Bought new Specialized bike £3.4k and as a Specialized agent they refused to help with warranty repair on seat dropper. Shocking service and very damaging to customer confidence in Specialized brand.
