Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Terry can not do enough to help you. Shop has vastly improved since the new owners have taken over. Both my bikes had services, and both are running better than new. All done at a very reasonable price.
What great service. Needed a new wheel and because of the current Coviad situation not easy to source.Terry kept me up to date with progress and when it came in I had a couple of concerns regarding compatibility. Staff and owner really good explained why different from original and ensured I fully understood and was happy with my purchase. Nothing too much trouble. Thanks you defiantly have a new customer. I noticed while I was waiting other customers received the same level of service
Asked if the workshop could sort out a kids mountain bike rear wheel buckled. Quote to kid it will be 350pounds because of all these reasons that need fixing. Things that MAY or COULD go wrong in future but should scrap it. Bought a second hand wheel for 30 pound locally. Bike fixed. No advice no help rather pointing him towards new bikes. !!! Beware.
Great to finally have a decent bike shop in North Wales that actually cares about its customers and not just its bottom line. Great stuff!
