I popped in this shop some time back and u must say that there was plenty of choice the staff where friendly and on hand with help and advice, will be going back.
Shocking service by the duty manager today looking for a gift for my daughter he said the last one he had was on the shelf I asked if he could keep it for me as I had just finished a night shift in the hospital and I even offered to pay he refused I telephoned customer service and they said that the duty manager should be able to help so telephoned back and spoke to the same person that I had spoken to on my first call to the store he claimed to be the duty manager by this time it was sold .
Very poor customer service from this store wouldn't recommend to anyone .
Been rining the Llandudno store for 2 days to ask about the play station 5. No one bothers to pick up the phone.
Ordered click and collect during covid 19. Some birynfay presents for my daughter including something heavy. Guys who served me were lovely and even apologised for not being able to carry my items to the car. Tjank you to the staff for your friendly approach even in times like this ❤
