Super helpful. This was my first stop after flying in from Mexico and they had some good shoes in my size. Next time I go touring in the UK I will just order my bicycle from this shop to avoid baggage handler damage 😁👍✌🏻 great shop.

Fantastic customer service from Ian and his team. Great professional unbiased advice from Ian and very helpful in assisting me decide the best bike for me. All paperwork was completed by Ian and the process was seamless.

I read the reviews above before arranging to take my bike in and they were very good. I thought if Runway Cycling has good reviews they will do a good job on my bike. I arrived at 8am after callong Ian the day before. He said he was busy but would see my bike if I popped it around. So 8am I arrived and he must not be a morning guy cos he did not smile once. I dropped my bike to him and arranged to pick it up the next day. My issue was the seat post and frame, both carbon had seized. I feared it would need to be cut out. Needless to say he fixed it. I then went on to drop the seat post widget into the frame when collecting the bike. It was now stuck. He told me to leave it with him a few more hours. By the evening he had taken it out. Sterling guy that Ian. Dont smile much but is a wizard with bikes. I'll deffo come here again. Would give 6 stars if Google would allow.

Popped by twice, 1st to move over the cassette and disc to my new wheelset. Stopped what he was doing and help me out very quickly. Went home to put the new tyres on and couldn’t seat the bead as I have an old pump so went to pump it there. No hassle. Going back for the third time when my new handlebar comes and I’ll ask them to fit it. Seems like a good bunch of bike mechanics and just friendly people

I took 2 bikes over there and they did the work fantastic and reasonable on price too.
