Absolutely brilliant, these people know bikes, 2 ebikes serviced at a reasonable cost. Great service and genuinely nice people. Recommend using these people, keep it local.
Disappointing service. I've tried to buy 2 bikes from here, both times I visited their shop I was promised a call back from their boss to discuss further, but they never call. Both bikes, total value of £2.5k now purchased elsewhere. I try my best to shop local and to avoid online shopping. Sometimes I wonder why I bother. I suspect their focus is on ebikes and they've 'ost interest in selling less expensive manual bikes.
All good, bought a few parts from them, helpful, bit pricey, cheers, my friend !.
Great Service, restored some of my faith in human nature. Treated my partner who was having the bike in an informed but humoured way. Would recommend a visit if you are after a bike or ebike.
What's there not to like about the boss and his right arm hand man!
Between them they know everything about biking. Bought an EBike off them after loads of questions and deep conversations. Been back for the warranty servicing and the paperwork.
This is a great business run by two very keen and polite operators. A pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended.
