Had a one day turn around on my bike, they fixed the gear shift issue and serviced bike for me. The other store said a 3 week wait. Good price too.
Proffessional first class service and customer care.
Phoned in advance to check their stock, they offered without asking to hold the only model they had until the following afternoon.
Nothing was too much even though I was buying the bike 30 minutes from closing and wanting things like tyres to be changed.
This is the difference between a big chain and an independent store.
