I took a cheap 'BSO' for a bottom bracket repair. The work was completed on time and was very good quality. The bike rides better than it did when I rode it out of Halfords 2.5 years ago. I was even shown the remains of the old broken part, so I could see why it was so bad before. The cost was £45 + £10 for some new grips I wanted, minus a £50 government fix-your-bike voucher, so I only paid £5 in the end. Picked bike up with parts wrong way round. They were busy so maybe that's why, to be honest I prefer to travel past the shop & go to others further away..
