Kinetic cycles has become my one stop shop for things bike related. The staff are super friendly and informative and also always try to accommodate. This is my experience on every occasion, I have not had a day when they could not help. They once fixed my bike for free as it just needed a bit of tweaking and took a few mins. Their prices are great, sure they have expensive bikes, but what shop doesn't. Their service is second to none. I think the most important thing is that I trust their work. Will happily recommend. The whole team is great.

Brilliant service there and are very knowledgeable. Also are very kind a look after you so well, once they saw me outside the store trying to remount a tubeless tyre back on to the rim with a hand pump and one of them came out with a floor pump to help me after the store had closed. Prices are also very reasonable and they offer a great range of products there too. Hope to spend more of my money there in the future, keep up the amazing work guys.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming during these tough times. Wanted to buy a mountain bike and was particularly interested in one that had just arrived. I was informed that the bike would be assembled and once this was done (approx 2 days) I would be informed. Staff took my contact details. After waiting 2 days I called back for updates and was informed that the bike had been sold. This was very disappointing as there is at least a 2 week waiting time. I can understand someone buying the bike without it being assembled but I would expect to at least be informed of this once it was sold.
