The lady who served me was extremely helpful and friendly. Bought my first road bike and she took the time to talk me through the bike, fit it properly etc. I would certainly return. I had also been given advice on the phone the day before and the website is very good and easy to navigate too. Rode the bike (Liv Avail 2) that day and, whilst I don’t have anything against which to compare it as I am a complete novice, I thoroughly enjoyed my ride and my cycling partner was impressed with it. Great quality for a good price. Social distancing taken seriously in the shop, so I felt safe shopping (hand gel, controlled numbers in the shop, spray for card machine etc).

My son collected his new bicycle from Evernden Cycles at the weekend and was extremely impressed with the level of service, nothing was too much trouble and was even helped loading it into the car. Needless to say this is a first class establishment with top level customer service. My son would like everyone to know that if you are thinking of buying a bicycle.. DO NOT use any other shop in the Maidstone area.....Make Sure you ONLY go to Evernden Cycles!

Absolutely first class service from Evernden Cycles. I was after a 2019 Giant bike that wasn't even on their website. However when I explained the situation the gentleman kindly put it on the website so that I was able to purchase. I was kept updated at all times. The bike was delivered and packaged really well. First class service and I would highly recommend. It is evident from my experience that they put their customers first. I will definitely use again. Thank you so much and really pleased with the bike. Let the adventures begin. Highly recommend.

Just brought my wife her first liv road bike from Evernden cycles. I found their prices to be very competitive, website was easy to use. I was kept informed what was going on, and it was delivered within two days. Even with all what’s going on at the moment. Would definitely use them again. Thank you guys, stay safe.
