Got a bike 2 months ago and its shifter broke they then said it wouldn't be covered under warranty because I'd used the gears wrong! How can you possibly use them wrong, I have done nothing to the bike and it broke on its own I'd avoid here as they obviously don't care for you or their customers.
Huge selection & helpful staff - good advise on a first road bike and also very helpful with other parts we needed for non-giant bikes!
The lads here are genuine people, they actually ride bikes and know what theyre talking about! Friendly, down to earth and not pushy. If your after servicing of bikes they turn stuff around quick and reliable too. Couldnt rate them higher, manager of the store, sound as pound!
