Took my bike for wheel repair. Always do a good job. Had a look at ebikes whilst I was there. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will go back when not raining to give them a try

I have a wisper 905SE ridged cross bar e bike. when the Covid - 19 pandemic started in uk I was cycling to work as there is no public transport to my place of work. one day my back tyre rim ripped apart leaving it useless. I tried to contact the main supplier with little luck due to lockdown etc. I checked on their web page for an alternative dealer and found the closest listed to me was I cycle electric. i contacted Ian , who aslked me to drop off the tyre and he would see what he could do. long story short, he had no luck with manefacturer either so sourced me a new wheel rim and re laced my motor onto the new rim. I collected the wheel and paid via bank transfer to save further un necessary travel and 4 weeks later the wheels is performing well if not better than the original one. good service great price for the work too no complaints , i would recomend Icycle to anyone. i`m hoping once the lockdown easing has extended I might even meet Ian in person and get a service booked in the near future.

Being new to electric bikes I really didn’t know much about how they ride or in all honesty the main reasons for buying one. I had read a lot about them being the next big thing so thought I would take a look. I Cycle Electric have been selling these bikes for years and as such have a huge amount of knowledge which was invaluable in helping me pick the right bike for the right type of cycling I wanted.
