Good brands for good prices. More womens ranges needed however I did go just after xmas. So stock maybe lower than normal. Kind staff and escalator to 2nd floor :)
Well organised, not busy at 10am on Christmas Eve and the staff were helpful.
Poor customer service.
Salesperson undervalued the sale omitting 2 items, so had to redo the sale, then I didnt get the individual gift receipts requested. If i wanted the gift receipts I was told I had to go upstairs to another till where another salesperson refunded the sale, put items through the till TWICE as she also made a mistake, before my request of individual gift receipts was completed. All so unnecessary had staff been competent in the first place taking into consideration the initial member of staff may not have been fully experienced.
Good place for quick shopping, good quality clothes
