Didn't response to email and very rude over the phone
Have used Cycle-Trax for years due to their speed of turnaround and me needing my bike each day for commuting to work - but I've recently decided enough is enough. My bike often returns with the issue not fully resolved or with some other issue arising out of the repair. Wayne and Rodge are very friendly and are up for being helpful but in my opinion, this shop is more aimed at cheap bikes where the owner isn't wanting their bike to be running particularly smoothly. Poor quality control. For more expensive bikes or riders more serious about performance, it'd be worth going elsewhere.
Friendly and knowledgable staff, great value for money, visited today for the first time and from my initial phone call right through to repair, which was done while I waited in ten minutes, I was impressed with their professionalism. I would highly recommend these guys and will be using again for all my spares and repairs.
