I recently purchased an Electric scooter for my son to travel to school. Really pleased with my purchase. The scooter is very solid, it reaches the top speed of 20kph. It comes with front and rear lights and a stand. The battery seems really good and only need charging every few days. Excellent customer service from Mark, who answers any questions you have very promptly.

Surly, rude and incredibly unhelpful. I needed a part for my BH Emotion electric bike, they were only interested in selling me a new bike. We did however agree on one thing, they told me not to contact them again, I'm very happy to oblige. There are many great electric bike dealers in the UK, based on my own unpleasant experience, my opinion is that this certainly isn't one of them.
