Till not working upstairs
Till not working downstairs. Long wait. Eventually when served tried to prompt " sorry for delay" but told " there hasn't been much delay. Then I was told by manager " no need to be rude".
Is it that difficult to train staff to be courteous and polite?
Example instead of " the tills not working" " I'm sorry but till isn't working".
Staffing on the cheap. No one there incl manager over 21.
Well stocked with reasonably priced goods a little tight in places for social distancing though
Please be aware the 20% Is not ortamaticaly taken off the bill you have to ask for it apparently I paid for my shopping then realised the offer had not come off so I asked a staff member and they said that it was only given if asked for they offered to refund the whole order and put in through again but tzt would mean even more money out of my account I would of got it back but I would of had to wait so they refunded the 20% But I stood my ground else I would of lost £25 please be aware im not sure about trading standards but I'm sure that's false advertising it should come off automatically shame on you buyer be wear
