The mechanic who fitted my replacement headlight bulbs was brilliant. Early on a cold wet Saturday morning he was bright and cheerful. He got to work straight away and had the job done in no time. Very friendly and chatty but still totally professional. I’m really happy with the service and would recommend, saved me loads of time fiddling around under the bonnet and getting my hands dirty! 😂

Fantastic service and helpful advise given. Due to my 3 experiences with this garage it is now our first choice for future service and repairs. I have been to main manufacturer garages and not received as good a service as what this branch of Halfords has provided us. Superb service today at Loughborough Halfords.
A member of staff spotted a light out on our car as we arrived, met me at the door with the correct replacement bulb and had it fitted & tested within 2 minutes!

I ordered a battery online and paid for it to be fitted at the Loughborough branch. The gentleman that fitted it apparently was a new employee. The wrong battery had been picked but he quickly sorted it out and fitted it for me. He was polite, efficient and a thoroughly pleasant young man. A credit to the branch.
