My partner and I arrived at the store in the evening. We were having a little difficulty setting up our new car seat. The assistant manager, John, came out in the rain to give us a hand. Nothing was too much trouble for him! He helped us set it up, gave us some really useful advice and spoke to us about his personal experience. Felt much more positive after leaving the store and really happy with John's patience and understanding. The experience couldn't have been better. Me and my partner will definitely return to this store in future based on the customer service alone!
Me and my husband was served by Nicola, she was a lovely assistant with exceptional knowledge on the item that I required from my local store.
She has a positive and friendly attitude, even in these trying times. I will definitely be recommending Hinckley Halfords and Nicola to my friends and family.

Placed an order online - received notification it was ready for pickup within 24 hrs - went, parked fine, loads of space, went into store, not busy or overcrowded- waited less than 5 minutes and served by friendly assistant. All was great! Thank you

Found both the items I wanted within 5 minutes, was served immediately on reaching the full.
Cashier was friendly and courteous, processed my purchase without fuss.
