Ordered a foot pump online to pick up from Boston store. Incredibly smooth and easy process. Emails at all stages confirming the order then that it was ready to pick up. Plenty parking outside and the young lady at the tills was very chatty and friendly, finding my order immediately. Absolutely faultless performance Halfords. Well done 👍
Absolutely fantastic service. James was extremely professional and remembered me from a previous visit and reminded me about my due cycle check and explained what I need to do. Store was clean and tidy. No queues. Social distancing was adhered to. Highly recommended.
Arrived at Boston Halfords to collect our new bikes and car carrier. All was there, except even though check and advised by so call expert staff the carrier did not fit my car. We had no choice and were forced into spending a lot more money and now having to wait for another 7 days to collect out new bikes. The staff knowledge was zero. Two older gentlemen Richard and James did their best to help, but due to poor stock levels they could not. Would never use Halfords again, whole experience a complete nightmare.

Lovely and friendly staff on hand to help me out. Jo was extremely helpful in showing me which oil I needed without having to go for the most expensive option. I was then offered a free car check which they managed to do there and then, so no need for me to book and come back which was great!
