Staff really helped. Despite a long wait for the shoes staff to notice and serve which is usual with SD. We got the trainers we needed and they were in stock for the first time ever!
Anyway we got to the til and they checked the sizes and they were wrong. Staff could not do enough to put it right as it became quite confusing. But all good in the end.
