Excellent well worth 5 stars. Bought these Orbea electric bikes in January and we are really enjoying using them, they are a pleasure to ride. Took my bikes in for a check up on warranty where bikes were checked all over, stands tightened, locks, tyre pressure, all checked. Nothing was too much trouble.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Cannot do enough to help you find what you actually want as opposed to some places that try and sell you what they have in stock. If it's not in stock, it'll be there within a few days. Really top drawer service and free tea and coffee too boot! Oh, and a free 10mm socket or tyre pressure gauge as well! Score!

I bought a bike from fin at Lincoln bike shop in late 2019. The service was absolutely second to none- he even stayed open late to let me come and view the bike, and was so patient with me! He clearly knows his bikes and it’s obvious that he is a real bike enthusiast, it was great to talk to somebody with such knowledge, and I have absolute confidence that they will do an fantastic job servicing and looking after my occam for years to come. Thankyou again. On par with the excellent service , the bike is fantastic and was a steal at the price :)! (Sorry for the delay in writing this! It has literally taken me this long to get into my google account!)

Brilliant service. Messaged in the morning, had a bike by 13.30. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. I cant praise them high enough for the service I received. Some of these online retailers could really learn a thing or two from this place. Highly recommended.
