Disgraceful. Booked in for an MOT this morning at 10am, only to find when I got there, it wasn't due at the testing station until after 12noon. What was I supposed to do, hang around for 3 hours in the store!? Not even an apology; the man just blamed his colleague for booking it incorrectly. Wasted journey that was. Not recommended.
