My favourite and go-to store for my car things.
I appreciate the staff and their helpfulness.
Knowledgeable and take extra time to explain things and check extra things when they have time.
The staff have gotten really young recently though I miss the older regular faces I used to have a chat with.
The staff here are ultra helpful and friendly! I had a new bulb selected for me, supplied and fitted on my car quickly and efficiently, at a very reasonable price. Totally hassle-free. A very happy customer.
Dean was friendly, knowledgable and competent. He sorted my documents & till receipt after my little blip. The product is great quality & I'm really pleased with it. The service was done in a timely manner but I didn't see the chaps name badge. All staff in store on Sunday were friendly and chatty. Thank you to the whole team for staying open & working hard through this pandemic :)
I needed to get my headlamp replaced quickly but had my fractious granddaughter with me in the car. Matt was brilliant in his speed, efficiency, professionalism in changing the bulb and also doing a quick full check of all my lights and even topped up my windscreen fluid! Great service.
I visited the store today looking for advice on connectors for an aftermarket Head Unit I purchased for my Audi A3 (not from Halfords). A young man (looked about 18) gave me excellent advice and help. He was incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed. I hope Halfords will acknowledge what a good member of staff he is. A real credit to the business. I didn't catch his name unfortunately but whoever you are thank you very much.
