Very friendly and helpful staff, who made buying a bike really a really easy experience especially for my girlfriend, they were able to fit the bike for her really well ensuring she can go out for very comfortable rides.
Lots of choice of bikes, clothing, tools and other things. There is also a coffee shop which is perfect to stop at after a day in the saddle, I can highly recommend the cake!
Myself and my wife bought a couple of bikes from the Doddington store recently and were very impressed with the whole process - it was seamless. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable and when we had an issue with a set of lights, they exchanged them straight away. Would recommend anybody looking for a new bike to consider Giant - Doddington.
After an eventful day of riding and finishing up snapping my chain I decided to go here to get my bike checked over and chain replaced. I was pointed over to the mechanics department where a really helpful nice guy talked me through a few things as I am new to the sport. I had lots of questions which he gladly answered whilst my bike was fixed. Nothing seemed to be an issue and his passion for bikes was obvious. Great first experience here, I will be back for sure

Great place to visit if your are looking for anything to do with cycling.
The Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful but certainly not overpowering.
They will ask if help is required and if not leave you to look around.
The café is also reasonably priced, offers a good small menu and the coffees, teas and real bacon butties are great.
