Great service and the team always seem to have what you want. I bought a battery discharge tester today for £10 less than Machinemart and without having to travel far!

Graham, the manager is always doing his best to help with all enquiries and would know where to get the stuff if not available on the day.
The other staff, despite being young, also know how to advise customers and have time, patience and a marvellous knowledge of the use of their computers to get the customers the best deal.
It is very nice to know that for a few short hours, the shop is open on Sunday. Not great for the staff on duty, maybe, but excellent when something goes wrong on that Sunday morning.
Great that staff are willing to install car parts for ladies who aren’t interested in DIY mechanics.

This place would be perfect if it wasn't for a particular rude member of staff.
The shortish, spectacle wearing man who has worked here for many years is always quite rude, abrupt and generally not that approachable.
It's such a shame because I would use Wilko for all my car needs.
But I must say that all the other staff at this store are so helpful and kind.
Friendly staff and stuffed with car stuff, push bike stuff, trailer stuff, just go check it out, you will probably find that plastic door panel clip you just can not find elsewhere. I did.
A useful place to visit for car spares. Some staff are very helpful. The service you get depends on who is serving. The man who has worked in Watton store longer than any other member of staff is very helpful.
