I collected my bike from the King's Lynn store to find it in perfect condition and assembled correctly. The queue was short with the shop floor marked with areas to stand in while waiting. The man who served me was very courteous, helpful and he did a fantastic job. Hand cleaner was available and customers were keeping two metres apart. Very happy with the service and the bike. A very smooth transaction and would buy here again.
The fitting process to have a car stereo fitted to my mums Corsa was fantastic. They had all parts in stock to make sure it was fully working. The fitting service is 100% something that people should use it not only saves time but also money.
Really great customer service at the Lynn Halfords tonight. Went in with my son to buy him a bike. Special mention to Ben the bike mechanic who was friendly, answered all our questions knowledgeably, and went over and above, despite it being a late in the day. Ben is a credit to Halfords.
