We've been taking our bikes to Andy for 20 odd years (or whenever it was he started working for Specialised Cycles before he opened his own shop) and have always been 100% satisfied. Brilliant!
Had my bike serviced & repaired yesterday, great job, feels like brand new again, thanks Andy.
Took my bike in with a twisted chain. Andy sorted it out immediately, but noticed other things that needed sorting, including tracking and brake cables. Which he did equally efficiently.
He's always willing to stop whatever he's doing and have a look at your bike. Fast, friendly and not expensive, strongly recommended.
I recently bought an electric bike from eBay that was partially assembled. My partner was able to put the rest of the bike together but it still needed a few tweaks with the gears and brakes. I struggled to get someone to take a look at it as it was electric and not bought from the shops I had asked until I took it to AP Cycles. Andy was more than happy to help and made the necessary adjustments there and then at a reasonable price.
I am a first time rider and was worrying about getting this sorted. Thanks to Andy I now feel much safer and more confident when using my electric bike. Great customer service!!
Andy is a really top bloke and incredibly knowledgable! Managed to quickly and efficiently diagnose and fix the problem with no hassle at all.
