Did I need another bike? Yes! Decided to venture off-road. I purchased a gravel bike to take the past less traveled. A whole new world of cycling. Woods, trails, mud and the views. Thank you for advice and help. So pleased with my shoe fit. Kate has excellent knowledge. After an accident years ago left me with my feet having size discrepancies. Getting cleats in the correct position is paramount.

I went in needing a rack, child seat, lights, a lock, pedals, and a helmet. The staff were incredibly helpful, I was shown all the different options and price ranges. They were able to fit everything on the day and even fixed my mud guard. When I went to pick up the bike, they were even happy to chat with my daughter, answer her many questions and listen to her jokes. I highly recommend the shop. Brilliant staff and fantastic service.

So I eventually got round to try and get my new shoes properly fitted so they didn't destroy my feet anymore, after waiting in vain for this virus to bog off. Kate was excellent - diagnosed pretty early on exactly what was wrong but made sure she went through everything anyway. The insoles felt strange initially but after about half a dozen rides I don't notice them. The shop is really well adjusted to the new normal of covid - bike was wiped down before I entered, everything sanitised, distances kept.
