I had to collect my click and collect order. I was greeted at the door and directed to the pick up point. The young man who served me quickly and efficiently got my order. The other men behind the till were friendly. I felt perfectly safe. Thank you.
A most pleasant experience, my assistant was helpful and guided me through the options for purchasing a new Hybrid bike, showing me all the options they had both above and below my price range to ensure I knew I was getting the best product for me. I was never pressured into purchasing anything I did not want to, and the whole experience was friendly, professional and efficient.
