Not the cheapest but always very pleasant to visit. Went in with a chain issue (my own fault) and they bent over backwards to help, and even saved me a few quid as I expected to have to buy a whole new chain. Keep it up guys and girls!
update: Went in recently with a minor pedal issue and it's good to see their excellent customer service, even in these COVID times, has not waned. Once again helped me out a huge amount and were super friendly. Top Marks!

I ordered a Tacx Flux s smart turbo trainer on line for a birthday present for my son. Despite being given anticipated stock dates on the company website for availability, this date kept being altered and pushed back with no expectation that he would receive his trainer for his birthday. Evans Customer services nationally poor with little response or progress.
However, Rory, Rob and his team at Norwich branch rode to the rescue. We were able to track our trainer that was in stock at Norwich. We were able to negotiate the delivery of the trainer from stock at Norwich. The trainer arriving on the morning of my son's birthday. He was overjoyed.
A big thank you to Rory and Rob who i spoke with to organise this delivery. I have no doubt that without their intervention we would have still been waiting.
10 out of 10 for Norwich branch. Nationally distribution network was found wanting and very poor.Well done Norwich! !!!!!
Bike had a puncture. Took it to store without an appointment. The guys were very helpful. They selected the right inner tube and installed it. No issues, just great customer service. Considering it was limited service because of Covid-19, I was really impressed with the service I received. G.King served me. Thankyou.
I find as a rule Evans over priced but their customer service has been wonderful. I needed an old school turbo quick release. Went in too find they only sold a £50 one. So the mechanic on there had a rummage around and found an old spare for me. Cost me £3. Bargin! Thank you!
