Excellent service fixing my bike and did extra work on it which I didn’t expect definitely recommend
Very helpful friendly staff. Always get my bulbs here as they fit them as well. Last time I needed an indicator bulb there was a problem with one of the screws which would not undo. They could have given up but persevered until they had sorted the issue & managed to replace the bulb for me. Many thanks to Josh who was helping out at this branch that day for excellent service, extremely grateful.
From repairs i needed to an old bicycle to advice on which oil i should use in my car, and even a set of wheel trims and a sticker to cover a small crack on my windscreen, the staff here are faultlessly helpful, this branch of Wilco is the best in Norwich by far, whether you are spending £3.00 or £300 the staff here are always happy to help, if by some remote chance they don't have what you require then they will find your needed item for you at another nearby branch, all in all an excellent store with excellent staff and customer service.
Couldn't fault them. Bloke persevered with matching a broken key for me. Was obviously a bit more work than usual. Very helpful and pleasant
