Without doubt the best bike shop in Norwich. Customer service is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They don’t try and sell you things, just great advice is given. I wanted some new fittings for my mtb and the new parts have made the bike handling so much better. All work was done quickly and the bike now looks amazing. Really happy with the advice, time and effort Scott put into making my bike awesome. Def my go to bike shop from now on.
The owner "Scott" still owes my buddy around 500 dollars for a frame he bought overseas. It's been like 4 years Scott, just pay what you owe. Getting dragged out for a while now, and with you blocking us on all social media it's been difficult to get a hold of you.
Edit: 8 months later still no attempt to contact my friend... how can you own a bike shop yet be fine stealing from other bikers?
I got a few bits a while ago. Great service and good knowledge. One of the best stores I have been to in the UK by far.

Can't recommend this place enough. Was so pleased to see a very well stocked shop on my door step. Scott is very good. Sorted me out with everything I needed. Had my bike done in no time. I will certainly be getting anything else I need from here and not online from now on.
