Loved every minute of my shopping experience here. Alex was a big help in finding me the perfect pair of trainers and a new track suit. Store was clean and well organized and everyone was super welcoming. Highly recommend!
Was amazing , a lovely young lady called Alex , helped me find the perfect , badminton racket , despite her clearly not knowing anything about the sport, she was extremely useful, also brought an excellent pair of insoles.
I know customer service (head office) needs improving because the lack of communication but I tell you ...Paul and his team are BRILLIANT!!!! All my respect for them.....good comunication, respect , professionalism. I've been several times there and every single time I had the same GREAT SERVICE. I went today there because I had some issues with some products bought online and Paul called customer service for me and in 15-20 minutes I was out of the shop with problem solved!
