On Sunday 29/11 Joe at Halfords Kettering replaced my car battery and carried out a winter vehicle check. Brilliant! Knowledgeable, pleasant, it was almost a pleasure paying!
Turned up at half 7 in the evening, urgently needing a new battery fitted. Despite it only being 30 minutes to closing, they immediately agreed to do it. Owing to a few complications, the job wasn't completed until 8:15, a quarter of an hour after their finish time, and was done in near darkness, only using the light from their mobiles. Both girls involved, Jess and Jade, were both cheerful throughout, and extremely knowledgeable and proficient. I can't thank them enough for getting me out of trouble, thanks girls.

Great service as always staff are always pleasant and happy. The store is always clean and tidy and always being able to find what I’m looking for.
Staff was a little slow to serve. To staff to deal with 1 person. Wont hold a grudge as they could of been training
