This store sorted out a problem I had when I ordered online, I ordered a Tracksuit and only a top came which was the wrong one. The workers did everything they could to help while customer service did nothing but cause anxiety. Highly appreciated and recommended

I would like to share my experience ....How disappointing Kettering branch is, the way there handled my football shirt name print.
Wednesday 05/08 I purchased two football shirts in the store to be printed names at the back and was told I will have to wait 72 hours before been picked up because of Covid-19, which I thought it is the next level for Covid-19, however I agreed.
After 72 hours, I went to pick up my shirts ready for the weekend and I was told to wait an extra 24 hours because a staff member is on holiday.After paying £24 I am on the receiving end of staff on holiday, this is highly disappointing having to wait 5 days for a football shirt.
The funny part is I went to Sports Direct Corby and I got my shirt printed and collected the same day.
This is not rocket science Sports Direct Kettering branch need to shape up.
came i today wearing my mask went to the till was asked to stand back which I did but pointed out to the young gentleman serving me if you are going to wear a mask then wear it correctly over your nose aswell please train your staff correctly for their safety and customers
Staff as usual semi friendly and helpful.
Long time till someone assist you.
Overall hasn't changed from pre Covid 19.
Not happy that they let inside customers without masks.
