Dropped my bike off for a service using the Government voucher. C&D were brilliant! Did a great job on the bike and returned it within two days as expected. Will be using them again! Highly recommended and professional.

I bought my first (and current) road bike from C&Ds nearly ten months ago and, after much mileage and wear & tear, I was apprehensive about getting a first service done in the current situation, which was albeit well overdue. Needless to say, they did a top job getting it cycle fit again, making the necessary repairs that I'm not too confident to do myself and returning it to me practically as good as new. The cost was the same as the initial quote - a little top heavy but I was fully aware of the cost required and it was necessary and understandable. When I got back on the bike, I noticed that the 'grind' on one of the pedals was still there but, knowing that a good job had been done with the main drive mechanism, I knew that it was just a matter of 're-torquing', which can only be picked up when actually riding. I have every confidence that the advice and service that I have been given is just what I need to keep me rolling - both for commuting and for fitness & leisure - for many more months ahead!
Always good. Don't know why anyone uses the mega cycle stores when your local shop needs you and you get the benefit of personal service.
Good friendly service and reasonably priced. Had little niggles with my bike that Halfords just made worse! They got to the bottom of it and resolved the issue. Thank you.
