Although we needed to wait to be served, the Wellingborough store was well managed in these challenging times. Sanitiser was provided for all and staff/customers kept socially distanced. Staff were happy to check stock availability and assist to load purchase into my vehicle. Staff were very patient in helping me redeem a voucher. Well done Wellingborough!
Not a happy experience at the till inspite of having to wait to be served. Can improve on giving a pleasant customer service. Asked for my driving license and carelessly tossed it aside. I had to request it back if finished with what she was doing. A rude curt reply to a question I asked regarding the number plate to be printed.
Halfords Wellingborough offered me a professional installation service for my car and carried out works that other shops could not. They were skilled, informative and efficient as well taking all precautions with respect to protecting me and their staff from covid-19.
They had the bike and car parts I wanted. Prices were reasonable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Store is conveniently located on edge of Wellingborough without having to go into the town.
Harry who works there went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my Karcher pressure washer.
