Excellent service from AJ Cycles during the purchase of my new bike. Spoke with Jen over the phone who made the whole transaction go very smoothly. As I live in North Yorkshire, I was expecting to pick the bike up some time during early December after the current lockdown restrictions eased. However, Jen mentioned that they were due to travel north to Pickering to swap over some stock with another shop and so kindly offered to make the detour to drop my bike off at my home address. I am so appreciative of this kind gesture. The bike is now with me and the handover process was great. I cannot recommend AJ Cycles enough. Despite being many miles away, they will be my first point of contact should I ever need help or advice on future purchases. Thank you.

I went to this store to get my crank and pedals looked over. Unlike a few large bicycle shops around, they were happy to have a general look over it without a booking and provided very helpful advice. Pleased to see such good customer service. I will be definitely coming here from now on. Thanks!

Great products and a well laid out store, had the inner tubes I was after when all the usual high st stores couldn’t help! Love to go there and just dream about bikes I can’t afford but never pressured to buy anything or feel I shouldn’t be in there 👍 top class guys

Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff who took the time to not only sell but set up a new bike to perfection. Recommendations were made but not forced for accessories and nothing was too much trouble. A great bike shop - the way it should be.
