From the moment we went into the shop, nothing was to much trouble.Never had a ride on an ebike before, so it was all new. They listened to what we required, gave their thoughts, then allowed us to ride a few bikes, allowing us to make up our own minds. We did not buy on the first visit, as we needed time to think it over. 2 months later after doing some research I rang and spoke to Alex, again really helpful. Greater knowledge than most bike shops and nothing was a problem.Needless to say we bought two bikes.We highly recommend Big Bear Bikes.First class service from all staff at the shop.
I've just dropped my bike off for a new Bottom Bracket. Mark, who looked after me was really friendly and helpful. I think BBB will be my go to bike shop in future.
Great little gem of a shop. . . Knowledgeable, friendly staff who even during difficult / busy times still take the time to talk about different products and recommendations.

The guy who first served me was very knowledgable, not pushy and explained the pros and cons well. When I picked up my bike, the chap took me through the bike in detail and showed me how to set it up for me. Very impressed by the quality of service.
