Excellent 5 star service.
After many local dealers were unable to help & were only interested in warranty work, Ian the store manager couldn't help enough. Excellent communication throughout, staff very polite & helpful, Craig the workshop technician rang me & talked through the repair, again extremely helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone, whether buying a new bike, a repair or anything bike related. Just wish all shops were like this. Thanks again guy's....see you again soon

Bought a new Diverge from here, was one of the last ones in the country at that time and living in Cornwall was very nervous about what sort of back up I would receive if problems arose but I needn't have worried, Ian was brilliant, sorted out any issues straight away and was even patient with me when I was chasing delivery (which was alot)
