A complete novice at cycling and buying a bike for my son. Took the time to explain the various options and the models available in our price range. Made the whole process simple and easy with excellent advice. Then once we had bought and collected the bike and we needed more advice they went above and beyond to help us again. Customer service at its best. Purchased a bicycle for my 6 year old a couple of years ago. The peddle had worn off. I took it to the shop and they were kind enough to replace it on the spot free of cost. Thank you for the excellent service. Much appreciated.

During a cycle tour across Britain I suffered a partially sheered off crank arm. I thought the tour may be over, but fortunately it happened within stumbling distance of the Bike Factory. Within 15 minutes Phil and Andy had swapped the old crank with a new one and I was back on track. Exceptional service and nice people.
Fantastic place! Customer service in bike shops can be a bit hit and miss (ok, it's usually rubbish from my experience..) but these guys are super friendly, they've got some great bike and accessories and they are definitely my favourite and first stop for a high street shop. Ideally they'd have a franchise in Wrexham too! :)
