Ordered Halfords 8 chest drawer tool centre. Great price online. Pickup was quicker than expected and staff at store were friendly and helpful.

We purchased a Bradley Wiggins bike in red. On pick up I was greeted politely and informed about a service plan which came with it if I paid 10.00 which was unique with this purchase, I though this was amazing and I was offered the tyres to be made puncture proof with slime. All together I was masively impressed with the service I was given but the bike is awsome and has been adapted specially for small hands so they can reach the breaks and narrow pedals to support learning and confidence, I cant believe this hasn't been done before so well done Halfords. I 4 year old Son loves it so much, one of my best ever buys!.
Brilliant service ,Richard( Rick) was excellent,he showed excellent customer service skills,went over and above what was expected and was a credit to your team in Sutton in Ashfield. Very different experience to the visit we had made earlier to the Mansfield branch where the member of staff was verging on rude and gave us no information or advice,
