Had a fantastic experience buying an e bike through British bike hire. Got told my bike may take a while to arrive due to high demand, but in the mean time they lent me a similar e bike to ride around on until mine arrived! You rarely get good gestures like that from companies these days but I honestly couldn't recommend these guys any more! All dropped of straight to my front door too! 10/10
Superb service from British Bike Hire! I have had my off road e-Bike for a year now and the breaks were getting warn and the bike started to look a bit tired. I contacted British bike hire and they picked up the bike from home, gave me a loan bike, serviced the bike and it was back within a week. The bike looks like new. The brake pads and a brake wire was replaced and chain, gear etc looks fantastic. The customer service was super friendly too.
I can highly reccomend this team for service of your bikes.

Amazing service for Ride London this year. Very knowledgeable staff, adjusted perfectly when picking up. Zero issues with the bike during the event too, will definitely be looking to use again if I take part in another event.

I took part in a triathlon at Cholondeley Castle recently. On the first lap of the bike course my gear cable snapped and I was stuck in the hardest gear. I limped back to the event area where the guy at the british bike hire stall was able to quickly replace it and get me on the road again.
This was greatly appreciated as it meant I could continue with the event!
