Rich at Route6 was recommended by a friend. I had a 20yr old mountain bike that needed some TLC to address issues with brakes and gears. Rich was very responsive, knowledgeable and efficient diagnosing and fixing the issues so I am really chuffed that my old bike is as good as new. Having the work done through the fix your bike voucher scheme meant that the cost was reduced by £50 so great value. I would certainly use again.

Dropped off my bike, was spoken to in a very professional manner. Took a few days but he made the bike seem a lot smoother to ride and also told me about a possible small fault for the future so i could get a hold of it before it's too late which felt like a nice bonus 🙂. Bike has been faultless since and would definitely get it serviced here again!
A full service on my road bike and it rides brilliantly now. Rich is obviously very knowledgable and was very willing to offer constructive advice to a cycling dunce like me. Reasonable price for my service and will definitely be using Route 6 again.
