I was very impressed with the sales person who helped me with a recent purchase. I was a little concerned if the product would be sturdy enough for my needs. The sales person went the extra mile and fetched the product from their on site workshop to show how well made the product was and how often it is used in the workshop. After my purchase he carried it to my car for me. He was very friendly and informative. I'm really pleased to put this review on.

Staff were very helpful and polite. All social distancing measures were being followed and I felt very comfortable in the store. Staff helped me carry my order to my care due to being heavily pregnant which was hugely appreciated, didn’t have to wait long to collect and could collect the same day it was ordered...wasn’t waiting any longer than 5 minutes when there.

Halfords is Halfords. Its a well stocked auto supplies and services retailer... but the staff at Mansfield branch make Halfords that much more! They are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and always willing to go that extra mile to help get you what you need.... and "NO", I'm not related to or know any staff there!

This store of Halfords, can not praise enough. One of the team member named Rick- really good customer service with all professionalism. Always ready to help with his best efforts and going extra miles. Ben, the e bike mechanic- he knows his job at best. He has done very good job and very quick for my new e bike. I bought from Cambridge store and I am always welcomed at Mansfield store. Sam, he is full of information and knowledge of bike. As I said, cant praise enough. Keepnit up guys. All the best.
