What a great team! I was made to feel welcome and that I was in safe hands. I had windscreen wipers and a special headlamp bulb fitted by I think Emma. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and I was entirely confident that she knew what she was doing (which indeed she did!). Highly recommend Halfords Ilkeston if you need anything done on your car!

Brilliant service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I didn't really know what I was looking for but after I explained what the problem was with my sons bike ,the staff member ordered what I needed. On my return to the store I collected my bike wheel but unfortunately the till wasn't working. So a staff member accompanied me to the main tills and waited for his colleague to become available. We had a nice chat while we waited. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very impressed with me visit and how well the store is run. I am a regular customer and will definitely be back.👍👍👍👍

My recent visit to collect an item ordered online was dealt with promptly, and the staff were very helpful and assisted me with in taking the items to my car. the quality of the items were better and far exceeded my expectations. friendly staff and a great experience.

Took my son's bike for its annual service the lady who we spoke to explain how busy it was during covid and timescales and what would happily next clearly. I received a call the same evening to collect the bike and went the following day. Two staff members were brilliant and spoke my son explaining what they had done and and why giving him more knowledge about his bike. Great service taken a further 12 months silver cover due to the service we received. Thank you stay Safe guy's
