It's an ok shop with ok prices. However, one of the staff members came up to us and offered help. Five minutes later he hadn't returned so we asked another member of staff. The guy had GONE ON A LUNCH BREAK so we waited five minutes just to find out that the guy wasn't even going to help. The staff member that helped us was actually very kind. I just don't think it's acceptable to offer help and go on a break.
Rude staff who have nothing better to do, than stand gossiping about their own personal life! I looked through some clothing on a rail, which I put back, however, left slightly hanging out, and the lady (middle aged, long ponytail) abruptly came over, snatched it off the rail and put it back on the rail so it was straight. I have never know customer service so poor!

The store itself is usually well laid out, in a somewhat clostraphobic sort of way, clean and tidy with a good product range.
The price range goes to both ends of the scale, low prices and good offers at times all the way to high prices (too high sometimes).
The staff vary from polite, professional and courteous to a couple who would rather ignore you that assist you. This is the main reason for three stars.
They often have security stationed at the entrance, and sometimes close up to 15 minutes early.
We only go here when there is no other choice.
