I took my bike to John at Cycleserve because the front brake wasn’t working properly. John was able to check over my bike the next day so I took it in early expecting to have to leave it for a few days. He started looking at it straight away and asked if I wanted to wait in case it was a quick fix. He talked me through what he was doing, was able to fix the brake easily and gave me a few pointers about other things too. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and I’d highly recommend him.
Great guy great service , been there twice now first when all the bike shops were closed he was a few open and recently to do a quick service. I would recommend him very friendly and honest about your bike and issues.

Amazing service at a great price. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he repair my bike he also gave me plenty of maintenance and riding tips as well. Would recommend 100%!
Managed to drop my bike in within 24 hours of asking, so professional and knowledgeable, managed to pick up tips on how my bike actually runs! Sorted my bike out and it runs so much better now. Would definitely recommend and will be using in future when needed!
Wow, there is a reason John has such a high customer rating! Took my bike in for what I thought was a major repair. John started working on the the issue and asked me to wait to see if it can sorted quickly. John sorted the issue but. also gave me some valuable tips on maintenance, best practise and modifications. A genuinely ethical and skilled service!!
