Collected bike for kiddies Xmas pressie. Well looked after by the member of staff at the bike counter (12/12/20 ~10:30ish), carefully loaded goods into 2-door car, very helpful, polite and easy going. Not too many customers around , so can't comment on social distancing issues but overall a pleasant and fast visit.
Staff were friendly and very professional, I wasn’t waiting long to be served and the products and services were excellent. I would recommend Halfords to everyone in need of all your car and bike needs there was also other products I enquired about and receive reliable information from staff. My car part got fitted in minutes and was very happy of price of products and services.
Went today to Nuthall rd branch to buy a bike for my grandson. Spoke to E , very knowledgeable went through everything. Came out a well satisfied customer...with a bike .. Brilliant
Staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable, this store is by far the best halfords in Nottingham.
I have been using an other Halford store however I booked into this one on Nuthall Road the difference is night and day. The team offer first class service from a telephone call to a very professional friendly service on store. The team is a credit to your company Grant, Lewis and Edward just like to say thank you for making feel welcome and providing outstanding service I will differently only use this store in the future and will recommend the team there.
