Serviced my bike at a much reduced cost compared to the alternative large corporation down the road, even explained how to maintain my bike to avoid servicing in the future! High quality service in a short amount of time and very professional. Would recommend

Great service and good range of products. Knowledgeable and friendly staff including their dog. Having continued to use this shop. I finally bought a bike off them. Brilliant service and help and advice. Even really helpful when I went back in with a query about my new bike.

Needed two 29ers for my bike and ended up ringing around all of Lincoln and Nottingham bike shops. Someone said they were gna ring me bk and I'm still waiting!! Rang bike lounge. Took bike in. They fixd it. I paid, then I left happy. Reliable ebike shop finally. Thank you
