Very helpful staff indeed. Two staff in particular, a young lady and a young lad. They checked over two of my sons bikes on Christmas eve without any notice.
I had set up one myself and the second most of the way, but there was something missing from one bike and the other just needed a check doing. They made adjustments and even provided the missing parts for one of the bikes. The bikes weren't even from halfords. The two staff members were amazing and the young lady knew a lot of stuff and was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through. They both amended the bikes to great satisfaction. One very happy dad having bikes ready for Christmas day .
My boyfriend and I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Halfords in Arnold Notts. We have both brought bikes from this store recently and have been incredibly satisfied with both bikes and the staff on hand to help. Went to pick up an order the other day and the girls in the Arnold store were great, really happy and out going !!! They even wished me happy Christmas !!

The service here was amazing. I needed some bike brake pads pretty urgently. Everything was sorted out for me with the brake pads fitted quickly, and easily. The people were lovely, friendly and very helpful.
